Mark the sides of the BB!  First Miter: 90deg BB/ST.
Cutting the miter in the DT.  Simonds hole saw.
DT miter before de-burring.

Second Miter: 90deg BB/DT.
Third Miter: ST/DT.
ST “resting” on top of the DT at the BB.
Fourth Miter: HT/DT.
Current view with untrimmed ST & HT.
Fifth and Sixths Miters: HT/TT & ST/TT.
ST/TT joint.  A bit tricky with matching diameters.
Facing the ends of the HT on a lathe.
HT cut and faced to proper length.
Front triangle mitered and ready for welding.

All joints are sandblasted and chemically cleaned.
Run full bead on DT under ST and then over.
Begin tacking all joints.  First Tack: HT/DT.
